The EDM multi-channel Marketing program starts with a careful analysis of
the most appropriate industries and/or geographic location/s to target for
your location. We then work with you to define and develop a customized
message specific to the targeted market.
EDM then creates a message and theme that is used within the multiple direct
marketing programs described below. The result - qualified leads of companies
looking to relocate or expand to your location. Marketing

EDM will work
with your organization to develop the most appropriate message targeting
the benefits of moving or expanding to your location. EDM will then create
a presentation theme and graphical design that best communicates the targeted
message. |
| Direct Mail |

Using
the created marketing message and theme, EDM will create a customized
direct mail letter promoting the benefits of your location with
a response form. This direct mail piece will be sent to the key
executive (Owner, VP, Partner or CFO, GM) of companies in your target
industries located in your target geographic locations. Complete
contact information will be pre-printed on each response form enabling
the business contact to simply tear, add postage and return the
form. |

Email and Custom Webpage |

EDM will create a graphically enhanced, customized email newsletter.
This email will be sent to the same companies as above. Each contact
has specifically agreed to receive email solicitations (double opt-in).
In addition, EDM will create custom web pages specific for this
marketing campaign. The Webpages will highlight the key incentives
and benefits of your location, and provide a response form that
will enable prospects to easily request additional information.

Telemarketing & Prospect Development |

EDM will implement a telemarketing campaign to these same businesses.
The purpose of the phone calls will be to reach and contact highly
qualified prospects considering a relocation or expansion and would
consider your location as an alternative.
Once
EDM finds a qualified prospect the company will provide a detailed
report to your organization on the prospect, along with a description
from the qualified contact on what their top priorities are in considering
a location. Your organization will then be able to follow-up on
these prescreened, qualified prospects. EDM will provide a set number
of qualified prospects per month for a set period of time. |
